Teacher Referral

Thank you for supporting your student’s registration for the 2025-26 Curious Minds – girls in STEM Program.

Students are recommended for this program by a teacher and invited to register. When the student submits their registration, they must list a science, maths or technologies teacher who is willing to complete a Teacher Referral for them. That’s you!

• We would appreciate it if you could please complete this Teacher Referral Form within 7 days of receipt.
• You will receive a confirmation email with your answers after submitting the form.
